Do you think that a young man should be driven from his job on an oil rig in the gulf of Mexico because fellow workers chose to get their kicks by sexually harassing him?   Should he be forced to expend time and money struggling for "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" (as written above the United States Supreme Court building in Washington D.C.) because we allow that inscription to remain only a motto without legal backing?

He was forced to fight sexist laws as well, before the U.S. Supreme Court rendered the decision that he not be denied "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW" because he is an American male.   Under previous laws sexual harassment applied only to women.   Every U.S. citizen, male and female, needs the protection of a human equality amendment.

Every minute we delay results in more victims of denial of rights of U.S. citizens, more overloading of courts, and continued mockery of "EQUAL JUSTICE UNDER LAW."

E-mail! ---- your legislator urging that they co-sponsor SJR 24 (chief sponsor, Senator Edward Kennedy), HJR 66 ( chief sponsor, Representative Caroline Maloney), and House Resolution 26 (chief sponsor, Representative Robert Andrews) that states simply: "Equal rights under the law shall not be denied or abridged on account of sex."
